Black Obsidian began its journey as a strong protection stone in the physical realm as far back as the Paleolithic Age. Shaped and used as arrowheads, Obsidian stone was coveted, like gold, by the Ancient Mayans.

Created by the quick-cooling of particular volcanic rock, Obsidian comes in several forms (Black, Rainbow, Snowflake, Golden, and Mahogany), which have their unique intentions, but each maintain an aura of protection and grounding for those utilizing them.
