Compassion-Heart Chakra

The heart knows love and compassion and will seek it wherever it goes. Like Mother Mary and Jesus himself, find compassion now, for those who are upsetting or disturbing you are taking you away from love. Whilst all may not be as you desire, there are reasons for others’ emotionally driven behaviors. When conscious and aware, people generally do their best. What if you assumed that people were doing the best that they could, given their levels of awareness and past conditioning?

As Ghandi taught, “Be the change you wish to see in the world.” Shower yourself and others with compassion. Allow your heart to teach you about love and compassion, for it is capable of bringing you wondrous and bountiful gifts when you see through its “eyes of love”. The peacefulness of the dove also teaches us compassion. As a spirit messenger it brings forth from heaven a stream of white light, soothing heavy minds; enabling us to follow, with compassion for self and for all, the righteous path. You have compassion in your heart; access it, and practice it now.

Action: Align with the belief card to help access your compassion and give clarity. Compassion requires a level of empathy. What might it be like to step out of your own shoes and walk temporarily in another’s for the purpose of gaining understanding and compassion? Is compassion required for yourself or for another in this moment? Perhaps it is both.  Having compassion may adjust your own internal compass. Sympathy keeps people stuck in disempowerment; empathy and compassion facilitate connection.
