Everything moves to a unique frequency.

Everything is energy, and everything has a vibrational signature that is part of the interconnected web of electromagnetic vibrational frequencies. The molecules in your body vibrate constantly, creating electromagnetic waves that emit energy. Emotions, attitude, and perception influence vibrational frequencies.

Message

The way you translate your vibrations is being upgraded. At present, you do it by feeling the “vibe” of a room, place, or person; you know something, but you’re not sure how you came to that conclusion. Your upgrade will reveal what you have had all along – an internal emotional guidance system, which is the most sophisticated way to sense and understand the subtle frequencies of vibration. The universe doesn’t “speak” a language, it emits frequencies of vibrational waves. If you amplify the frequency, the structure of matter will change. In other words, the better you feel, the more you open the door to your higher wisdom; the words you feel, the more you shut this door. When you pay attention to your emotions, you better understand the vibrations you transmit. You’ll sense your alignment with your soul’s perspective and intentionally shift your emotions to uplift your modo and alter your vibrations. This allows you to connect with your soul essence, gaining deeper insight into your identity and the reasons behind your life’s events.

Basic science tells us atoms are in constant motion – everything you experience in your physical environment is vibrating, including you. Imagine for a moment that your senses are translating the surrounding vibrations into what you see, touch, hear, smell, and taste. This could answer the philosophical thought experiment: “If a tree fell in the forest and no one was there to hear it, would it make a sound?” The falling tree would cause a vibration. However, without a sensory apparatus (such as your ears) to translate the vibration, it would not be heard. Just let that settle into your awareness and feel your vibration rising.

Conscious Creator Masterclass: Feeling Emotional Vibrations

This masterclass introduces the world of vibration and how your emotions and feelings offer a way to align with your soul and desires.

Visualization

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down. Place the Vibration card at your feet. In your mind, repeat your manifestation name or the word “vibrate” nine times. Gently close your eyes. Sense your body and concentrate on your breathing. Follow your breath inward. Hold for five seconds. Breathe out and release all tension. Relax and breathe naturally.

Imagine your favorite color rising around you. Breathe it in and flow it through your whole body. How does it feel? Allow a word to arise in your mind that describes the feeling. It could also be your manifestation name. Now sense the feeling expanding, embracing you, drawing you deeper and deeper into your soul wisdom until you are standing in front of a door labeled “Feel Your Vibes Room”. Open the door and enter.

Scattered on the walls are many buttons labeled with different emotions. You notice they are arranged from fear to joy, including anger, frustration, hope, passion, and many more. When you push a button, your body floods with the feeling of that emotion and its accompanying color. You can visit this room anytime to sense a feeling or add new emotional buttons. Play with as many buttons as you like for at least a few minutes.

Now that you know how an emotion feels, you can easily tune your frequency towards your preferred feeling. Tune in to an emotion that creates a sense of liberation and connection to your soul. Step out of the room, breathe in your favorite color again and float on its frequency waves back to your body. Wiggel your toes and fingers. Then, stretch your body and open your eyes.

Journal Work

After the visualization, write or draw a list of the emotions you played with. Then, write or draw if any of the realized feelings surprised you. For example, I used to think a certain feeling was anxiety. When I questioned it and dove into the feeling, I realized it was passionate excitement. I had mislabeled it. As I investigated further, I uncovered a pattern. Whenever I was passionate about doing something, I was told I couldn’t do it or wasn’t worthy of it. When I have that feeling now, I say to myself, “This is something important to me, and I won’t know the outcome until I do it. Only then can I decide if it is for me. It will lead me to something even better if it isn’t.”

Reflections and Actions

Your voice vibrates through space and time, so learn to speak in a way that you know will impact others in a generative manner. Integrate what you’ve learnt so it becomes part of your everyday life, no longer something outside of you or something new – it is part of who you are.

Other ways to raise your vibration are:

*Ask your manifesting name what it wants to share with you.

*Practice meditation, mindfulness, heartfulness, or breathwork. Any of these will quieten your thoughts. When your thoughts are quieter, resistance dissolves, and your energy rises.

*Make and use a vision board. Imagine your goal, shift your vibration to match it and feel all your decisions aligning with your goal’s frequency.

*Be kind and smile; your vibration will naturally rise when you do wither.

*Stand barefoot on the earth or hug a tree to ground yourself, which gives you the foundation to rise higher.

*Drink water and eat whole foods to fill yourself with a high vibrational lifeforce.

*Stand outside in the sun for five minutes each morning to wake yourself up and allow light to enter your eyes.
