Your inner guidance system.
Your emotions are indicators of your vibrational alignment with your desires. They prompt you to make deliberate and gradual adjustments toward feelings that better align with your desires.
Message
You are awash with emotions that are managing your feelings and experience of life. This is their purpose—to act as a feedback system, showing your position in relation to your desires. If you live through something you don’t want, you feel pretty bad. Instead of allowing your emotions to take you on a reactive emotional rollercoaster, let them provide specific feedback about the state of your being so you can respond with a deliberate and gradual adjustment of how you feel.
Emotions result from chemical processes produced by your thoughts. Feelings are states of consciousness experienced as a result of an emotion. Whatever you feel right now is where you are—it is neither right nor wrong. There is no need to push it away or pull it towards you. Take a deep breath and gently focus on the card’s image. Imagine you are the figure in the picture, sitting with the awareness of your feelings that flow from your ‘e-motions (energy in motion—the vibrations and frequency that flow from you).
Be gentle with yourself and take small steps. When you care about your feelings, you will automatically find a better way to master your emotions. As you master your emotions and feelings, you can create an inner atmosphere and picture filled with your desires. If you think and believe it, you will feel and attract it.

This masterclass introduces your emotions’ unique wisdom and teaches you to shift them into something more aligned with your desires.
Visualization
Find a place to sit down. Place your hands on your lap face up, with the Emotions card between your feet. In your mind, repeat your manifestation name or the words ‘I feel’ nine times. Close your eyes softly and tenderly. Focus on the middle of your chest and imagine floating on a wave of sacred geometry that leads to your heart. Breathe in and out of your heart.
Deep within your heart, a point of light grows. It grows larger and larger until you can gently float into this exquisite space. Your temple of inner technology materializes.
It is so bright, beautiful, and inviting. You float up the stairs and enter your temple, where you are greeted by sweet music and clouds of beautiful colors containing symbols and geometric shapes. You are drawn to a nearby wall. The words ‘You Inner Guidance’ appear across the top of the wall, written in giant, bold letters. Underneath is a huge sliding scale, taking up the entire length of the wall. There is a brass indicator that you can move backwards and forwards along the scale. At one end of the scale is ‘joy’, and at the other end is ‘despair’. In between are many other positive and negative emotions spread evenly along the scale. Whichever emotion you select on the brass indicator, you will experience.
Move the indicator to ‘joy’. Allow that feeling to move through you. Bask in its energy and get to know its vibration and frequency so you can tune in to it whenever want. Now, move the indicator to ‘despair’. Allow that contrasting feeling to move through you. Take a breath and stay here momentarily. To recognize its vibration so you can deliberately shift to something that feel better. Move the indicator back to something lighter.
Now spend as much time as you want to explore the feeling and vibrations of your emotions by experimenting with the slide and different emotions. There is an array of human emotions to meet. Learning how they feel in your body empowers you and your manifestation skills.
When ready, place your indicator on the emotion that empowered you and thank your temple for its offerings. This is your temple; it has and will always exist within you, and you can visit whenever you like. Each time you visit, you will expand upon previous experiences and empower your wisdom and inner technology.
A wave of loving vibrations takes you back to your heart. Breathe deeply and feel your consciousness fill your body through your heart. Wiggle your toes and fingers. Stretch your body and open your eyes.
Journal Work
After you have completed the visualization, write or draw a list of any emotions you experienced as you went through the exercise. Go through the list one by one and write or draw about the following: Where in your body do you experience the emotion? What does it feel like? Is there a color, sound, or story attached to the emotion? You are familiarizing yourself with your inner world of vibrations and frequency.
Reflections and Actions
Your body is a vibrator! It receives and transmits vibrational information. Emotions are the movement of energy, transmitting unique frequencies of vibration. Here are three steps to use your inner guidance system.
- How do you feel right now?
List the top three emotions you feel right now. Turn towards your feelings with curiosity and without judgement. All emotions have worth and are valid. Honor the emotions that created a feeling, good or bad, and thank them for alerting you how to feel.
- Identify and label emotion.
To stay mindful and gain the most information from the emotion, say, “this is joy,” or “This is anger.” You already know how this emotion feels from step one. Using “this is” diminishes the intensity of the story triggered by the emotion. You are learning more about your inner world and refining your desires.
- Reach for the next highest feeling emotion.
You have felt the emotion and identified it. The next step is to shift to a higher vibration. Take one step at a time. Feel it, name it, and then move on to the next highest feeling emotion. For example, anger feels better than despair, blame feels better than anger, irritation feels better than blame, pessimism feels better than irritation, optimism feels better than pessimism, hope feels better than optimism, joy feels better than hope, and bliss feels better than joy.
Celebrate each step you take. You deliberately shift your vibration from resistance to allowance to receive your desires. You are also training yourself to feel your best on the way to all you desire. This is a form of self-love and care.
