Integrity-Crown Chakra

Be brave in your ability to stand in your truth. Perhaps your integrity has been questioned in the past, or maybe you have behaved without integrity and are using this against yourself now, doubting who you are. We can all slip and behave in ways we think will serve others rather than ourselves; ultimately though, stepping out of our truth is always a disservice. Walking the pathway of the warrior in love and truth can be a lonely one. Take heed, knowing that doing what is truly right for you is often right for others and the collective, too. Each individual has a choice about whether to learn and grow from their experience or respond in whichever way they choose. This is our free will.

Know that you are being supported right now, and that you are not alone on your mission of seeking and being in your truth. Call upon the Archangels Michael or Raphael, or beautiful Mother Mary, for help with finding the truth in your heart and the courage to act in accordance with this. Forgive yourself when you lose sight of or sacrifice your integrity, and step back into your truth. You have integrity; recognize this in yourself. Your integrity will light the way for others, too.

Action: Align with the beliefs on the card. Having integrity requires knowing one’s values and oneself. In the deep midwinter, when the snow falls on the ground, it carries a purity, a clarity, cleansing all around. The crystal structures are distinct, unique, and precious; in perfect form. In your purest form, how can you show up? Imagine activating your crystalline structure- your purity of mind, body, and spirit-unaffected by the elements around you. What is your unique and truest expression?
