Healer’s Bracelet

This bracelet was inspired by my cousin when she was looking for something to help protect her from taking on the symptoms of her clients. As healers, we tend to forget to take care of ourselves and properly shield ourselves when helping our clients. This can lead to burnout and taking on the symptoms of our clients. The healer’s bracelet was specifically designed to help us protect ourselves (physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually). When worn, it reminds us to put ourselves in the appropriate place for shielding and protection. The best part is that the stones were chosen to help work for us when we’re not thinking about shielding because we’re too focused on helping others. Below is a brief description of what the various stones will do for you as a healer.

Amethyst for dissolving negativity, alleviating sadness and grief, healing and cleansing powers, as well as crown chakra balancing.

Mahogany obsidian for strengthening the aura, protecting against repeated problems, grounding, protecting, encouraging strength, along with eliminating energetic blocks, relieving tension and stimulating growth.

Labradorite for balancing and protecting the aura, grounding spiritual energy, as well as strength and perseverance during times of change.

Rose Quartz because it’s the stone of unconditional love (every type of love).

Black Onyx for absorbing and transforming negative energy and helping to prevent a drain on personal energy, along with developing physical and emotional strength and stamina when support is needed during times of stress, confusion or grief.

Tiger’s eye for protection and good luck while helping focus, mental clarity and assisting in solving problems, as well as dispelling fears and anxiety.

Fluorite for absorbing and neutralizing negative energy and stress, along with increasing concentration, encouraging positivity, improving physical and emotional balance and coordination.

Amazonite for clarity, communication and courage.

Hematite is great for absorbing negative energy (transforming negative energy into positive energy), calming in times of stress and grounding.
