Wait for a Solution

Relax and It Shall Appear
When challenges occur, it is easy to get caught up in the problem and want to fix it right away. We forget that a solution cannot be forced. It will come at the right time and in the right way if you remain open and receptive to insight. The more you focus on what is not working, the bigger the challenge will grow and the less equipped you will feel about dealing with it.
Be aware of the tension you are carrying in your shoulders. Perhaps you are perpetually worried about everything and everyone? It is time to turn your thinking around. Rather than focusing all your attention on an issue that isn’t budging and feeling overwhelmed, schedule time for something fun or relaxing that will take your mind off this difficulty.
When you are more relaxed, ask your higher self or guardian angel for a solution. Don’t dwell on the problem. The answer is likely to come as an inspiration when you least expect it. When a new way of being comes to you, really consider it before acting on it.
Become aware of the responsibilities and stresses you hold. Can you approach some of these responsibilities from a more relaxed perspective or ask others for help? Many new possibilities will come your way if you create space for them to appear. Instead of getting bogged down by the challenges of life, try to view them as opportunities to lead you in a new direction.
Listen to your body and learnt o be patient. There may be things you need to work on before a real solution appears. Take things one step at a time while holding a vision of something beautiful and healing. When the answer appears, embrace it with gratitude and do everything you can to grow form the experience.
Healing Practice
To integrate the guidance of this card, you may wish to perform one or both of the following healing practices.
Visualization
Focus your attention on your shoulders. How do they feel? Are they tight or relaxed? Become aware of the responsibilities you carry on your shoulders.
Close your eyes, breathe deeply and imagine you are standing on a bridge overlooking a river. There is a bag of large rocks strapped to your back. Each rock is labeled with a responsibility or worry. The sizes correspond to the weight of concern. Pick up each rock one by one, examine it and throw it into the river. Feel your physical, mental and emotional burdens lighten. Each time you take a rock, state what you are releasing before throwing it. Continue until all the rocks are gone and you feel light and free.
Energy Healing
Inhale deeply and tighten your shoulders. Hold your breath for five seconds. Exhale slowly and completely relax your shoulders. Do this several times until they feel lighter. Rotate your right shoulder forward in a counterclockwise motion for fifteen seconds. Rest for fifteen seconds. Repeat this three times. Now do the same rotation backwards in a clockwise motion for the same amount of time. Repeat this process for the left shoulder.
Allow yourself to relax for a few minutes. Imagine you are standing in a beam of warm yellow sunlight. Allow the rays to penetrate deep into your shoulders, softening the muscles and dissolving all tension. Imagine moving into the next phase of your life with more trust, knowing and open-mindedness.
