Courage-Solar Plexus Chakra

Harness the power and courage of the lion that stands in its complete truth, and do whatever it takes to see your dreams and desires through to completion. Yes, you may need to change tack, or even retreat for a while to gather clarity, but face your obstacles and find a way forward. We all have courage, even (and especially) the sensitive souls among us. Stand up tall and strong to support yourself through this, and recognize the courage you do have.

Vulnerability is part of the human condition. It is possible to see your vulnerability as a connection with your authentic self and lean into it, knowing that just through the other side of fear is strength. Accessing your real, raw vulnerability requires courage. A breakthrough is close. You are being supported through your perceived limitations; you can do this.

The lion doesn’t take on battles unnecessarily but knows of its capability to stand in its power and see things through to the very end. Believe in your robustness and ability to do whatever it takes to achieve your goals. Have the courage to show up as “you”; it might just pay off.

Action: Change your beliefs – “you” are possible. Align with the statements “I can do this”, “This is easy for me”, and anything else that aligns you with your desired possibility. Call upon and borrow the energy of the lion. Feel into the lion’s strength and courage; become the lion and then project this energy forward into your current challenge. Play it out in your visualization, and make friends with your new courageous self.
