Abundance-Root Chakra

We often compare ourselves with others, recognizing the difference as lack. Stop comparing! You are wonderful and unique. Please, please stop focusing on the lack. We even practice lack by focusing on what we want when we notice the gap between what we desire and where we currently are. The universe is abundant and has no problem providing nourishment, support, and love for you- money, even, if that is what you desire (though abundance does not always flow in the form of money). Focus on what you have- past, present, and future- with gratitude, and align with the belief that it is easy and effortless for you to gather all you need.

Step into the energy of “having”. You are worthy and deserving of having, and this can happen without there being a cost to others. This is real abundance: knowing that there is enough- enough love, support, success, and money for you and everyone. Give and receive with thanks as you become one with the flow. The earth provides abundantly. Connect with the power of that possibility right beneath your feet to truly resonate with the energy of abundance. Where there is life, there is creation. Allow the wonder of the breath to fill you with life-giving energy, and recognize the blessings all around. Abundance finds the gift in everything.
