Aria’s Apothecary Sleeping Tea Blend contains Ashwagandha root, Calendula flower, chamomile flower, Echinacea, lemon balm, skullcap and Valerian root.

Directions for use: Steep 2 teaspoons in 8 ounces of hot water for 3-5 minutes.
