Aria’s Apothecary Chakra Tea Blend contains ginger root powder, Calendula flower, lemon peel, rose petals, rose hips, eucalyptus leaf, peppermint, blue vervain, and lavender flower.

Directions for use: Steep 2 teaspoons in 8 ounces of hot water for 3-5 minutes.
