Reuben Spread
Ingredients
16ozs shredded swiss cheese
16ozs shredded cheddar cheese
28oz jar Saurkraut, drained
8ozs chopped corned beef (I use Buddig)
1 1/2 cups Hellmans mayo
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Place in a greased 9″ x 13″ baking dish. Bake @350* for 45mins to an hour til brown & bubbly. Serve on rye on pumpernickel party rounds and put out a dish of Thousand Island Dressing
