Cloak

Concealment

Release all fears and any doubt.

No longer hide, you must come out!

Slip off the clock, commit, stand proud.

A Witch revealed, walk from the crowd.

This magic is worked, with harm to none.

So mote it be. There, it is done.

Witches’ Wisdom

You have been hiding in the shadows, too afraid to reveal your true nature and beliefs. Your cloak-and-dagger routine can conceal you no longer, for you are being called to come out of the broom closet and stand proud. When you step into alignment with the Witch within, the ancestors will support you fully. Be safe in the knowledge that no longer can you be persecuted, in the physical sense. The days of drowning, stoning, and burning are long gone. Be strong and rise above any any judgments. Remember that any hurtful words directed at you will only damage the perpetrator. For what anyone gives out comes right back to them. Instead, embrace all that you are, and shine brightly as you declare to the world your truth. Allow your inner wisdom to accompany you as you take those first brave steps of authenticity to what will ultimately be the freedom to live your life, as the real you.

Witches’ Foresight

Fear of persecution stems from a past life. A challenge will be overcome as you face it head on. Don’t buy into the opinions of others. Someone is hiding something from you. The missing part of the jigsaw will be revealed soon.

Cloak Revealed

  • Another reading that resonated with me. I have been embracing my Pagan/Wiccan/Shamanic Path. I am feeling bolder but concerned. I have a Catholic Evangelical Spiritual background that I broke away from many years ago when I finally embraced my Two-Spirit Queer identity. I have noted over the last several yers there is a rise of radical elements in the Evangelical Tradition and in far right politics that are ramping up the hate toward the LGBTQ Communities and their allies and anyone who does not reflect their this political and religious belief or even race and ethnic origins. We have already seen that they are ready to taken aways the civil rights of women and are now heading to over turn Same sex marriage , outlaw contraception and even reinstate sodomy laws. They will not stop there. They will go after other faith communities and anyone who does not pass their litmus test. This is what happened in Nazi Germany. All the foundations for a similar slip into the abyss has already been laid but this radical minority that only seeks power and control by any means, including violence. I have ben very outspoken on my facebook page on these issues and not ashamed of my Pagan roots that have been growing. I still retain some of what I felt was good about my past spiritual path but there was so much that had to be disregarded and left behind. I have been in a quandary after witnessing so much hate and anger coming out of the radical right. I am a queer shamanic practitioner who respects all faiths and practices and regularly participate in sabbat rituals and love singing Pagan Music. Not sure if I qualify as a witch because I am a male but that has nt stopped me from exploring and honoring the Divine Feminine. Thank you for your posts. Dano Wolf Who Stands

    • I feel every word you wrote (except I’m a mere ally, not LGBTQ).
