Mind
Ingrained Trauma
Stale energy, dis-ease, all is pent up.
My thoughts and my life, running amuck.
But these moments in time do not define me,
these long-hidden wounds I can now truly see.
The mystical journey is long and true,
I’ll be courageous and wander through.
Wanderer’s Wisdom
It is time for “work.” It is time for diving down, digging deep into the wounds of your soul essence. The pieces of your soul that have ejected themselves due to painful and traumatizing experiences need to be reclaimed. They need to be processed and integrated. Trauma can be caused by the “smallest” of experiences; anything can become a soul injury. This is no easy task that is set before you. Working through traumas can be gut-wrenching, but a necessary and healing mission for you. The more soul pieces that are lost, the more difficult they can become to unravel and restore, it’s essential to start the work when you are ready and able. You are strong enough to begin to feel for them and coax them back. You may have encountered a recent trauma, or past ones are bubbling their way up to the surface. Allow yourself to search out a supportive mentor that can assist you.
Take Action
Seek out a mentor. It’s the right time for core healing. Reflection and journaling will be beneficial during the next few weeks. You may have gone through a recent trauma. Pay attention to your thoughts; they may be hinting at what needs to be processed and dealt with. Look into “soul loss” and “soul theft” in the culture of shamanism.
Mind Revealed
Some beliefs see “mind” as the spirit or soul. From the wanderer’s perspective, “mind” is referred to as the stream of consciousness where sense, impressions, and mental phenomena are constantly changing. It is the space in which who we believe ourselves to be is molded, developed, and evolved, a fluid space of perception.
