• One handful of powdered sandalwood
• 4 tablespoons of myrrh (preferably powdered)
• ½ teaspoon lemon zest
• ½ teaspoon poppyseed
• Jasmine essential oil
• Vegetable glycerin
• Cucumber essential oil
• Pinch of dried lemon zest or willow bark

Day 187

• A blue chime candle
• Water oil
• Water incense (made from ingredients on day 186)
• Self-igniting charcoal

Day 193
