Message
You are receiving glimpses of other lives to help you make the most of this life. Whatever you need to know to help you heal or embrace and discover more of your authentic self will come to you through dreams, meditations, déjà vu, or sparks of interest in a historical period. Your present life is important and precious and you are learning how to get better at your life. This is one of many lives that make up your soul.
Your mind accesses an increased band width of frequencies and information as your awareness expands. Your mind can now receive and translate this information. The akashic records serve as a universal network intertwining all dimensions and life experiences. They offer insights into past, present, and future possibilities for understanding one’s soul journey. Sensing alternate realities can bring ideas and experiences for healing and understanding to your mind. In the beginning, you will likely experience these emotionally, which is the easiest way to convey large amounts of information.
To distinguish between your various lifetimes, imagine your soul is a hard drive. When you let go of a physical life, it is archived as a file on your soul’s hard drive. Anyone who knew you in that life or a past life will recognize you because the file holds the qualities and flavor of you in that life. But that isn’t all you are – you are so much more. Everything behind you is history, and everything in front of you is a mystery. You are here, now, on the crest of a soul-light wave, riding it for the sheer joy of it. All that has ever been rides the wave of expansion with you.

This masterclass introduces the viewpoints of different incarnations to assist you in creating an authentic life.
Visualization
Find a comfortable place to sit, place the Alternate Lives card at your feet and rest your hands on your lap. In your mind, repeat your manifestation name or the word “being” nine times. Close your eyes. Focus on the middle of your chest and imagine you are walking on a magical path leading to your mind’s inner landscape. Concentrate all your attention inward. Relax and breathe.
Imagine a door in your mind. It is a magical door that will lead you to an alternate life that you have lived. Push the door open and step through into a remembrance of a life lived. It feels safe. You are here to observe and collate information that will help you find solutions and inspiration in your present life. Take deep breaths. Allow some time to reorient to your surroundings.
Walk through this life and explore wherever you feel drawn to. If you feel emotional at any point, take a breath and ask what it wants to share, then take another breath and go back to exploring and observing. Stay in this life story for at least five minutes.
When you feel ready, thank this life for the experience and for sharing its memories. Walk back through the magical door of time that brought you here. Return to the present by counting down from five to one. On reaching one, you are back in your life right now. Wiggle your toes and fingers. Take a deep breath, fully stretch your body, and open your eyes. Welcome back to your magnificent life.

After the visualization, write or draw the answers to these questions. As well as expanding your consciousness and opening your mind to different planes of existence, this journal writing will help you fine tune the desires you want to experience in life.

*Were you wearing shoes? If so, what type?
*What were you wearing?
*Was your body masculine or feminine? Were you human?
*How did you feel? Were you happy, sad, strong, or weak?
*Were there others around you, and did you recognize anyone from your present life?
*Who were your friends or family? Did you feel any emotions connected to them?
*Where did you live? What did it look like? Did you live with anyone?
*How did you feel about your home and those around you?
*Did you see what you did for a job or what you did each day? How did you feel about your daily routine? Was it fulfilling?
*Was there a significant event? If so, how did you feel about it?
*Where did the story of this life end?
Reflections and Actions
Receive any information gently y allowing it to join your mind and expand your consciousness slowly. If it doesn’t make any sense, let it be a part of your mind reference, as if you were buying a book you are yet to read. More information may come to you through a meditation, dream, overheard conversation, movie, song, download, channeling, or through a therapist.
Read books or watch movies that explore different or alternate timelines and time travel. Some good examples of TV and movies are:

*Yesterday (2019)
Open your imagination to the experiences of alternate lives by going into nature and imagining what it would be like to be a bird, a leaf, a tree, an insect, a raindrop, the wind, the sun, or the soil. This is a form of shapeshifting. It is an insightful practice that lifts your mind beyond the physical, into your sensing reality. The same lifeforce energy that flows through you, flows through all sentient beings and life. When you align with your energy, you have access to energy everywhere. From this loving space, you can become one with anything you focus on.
