I have devoted my self to the study of the Medicine Wheel as It emerges in various spiritual traditions, focusing on Pagan and Native American Traditions. My first encounter with the Wheel of the Elements was in the book The 5th Sacred Thing by Starhawk and later the Native American Sweat Lodge Ceremony. They are in my spiritual journey as a wheel within a wheel, spinning and changing, teaching and informing. I remember that I am Fire, I remember that I am Water, I remember that I an Earth, I remember that I am Air and finally, I remember that I am Spirit. Ah Ho, so mote it Be!
