Cheesy Potatoes
Ingredients
12 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked & roughly mashed
2 Eggs; well beaten
250g Cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup Butter
Pepper
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/4 slice Green onions
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
Directions
Mix potatoes with remaining ingredients. Mix well, but lightly; do not whip! Place in a greased 20cm round casserole dish and bake in a preheated 150°C oven for approx 45 minutes.
