Initiate with Trust
Fear and worry can be immobilizing and create rigidity of the body, mind and soul. It can promote coldness and hardness inside your body and hinder progress, discovery and trying new things.
Your nervous system is connected directly to your emotions. It is the communication network between your soul and body. The more sensitized you are, the greater your capacity to tune in and create an inner atmosphere of healing, trust and freedom.
You are being asked to trust your inner knowing and ask your guardian angels for help as you move into the unknown. In the discomfort of the unknown, you can discover your greatest lessons and open the door to karmic destiny. Though you may feel challenged by the process, you are asked to have faith and believe that all will happen as it should.
If you are willing to walk with trust, doors will open and people will appear as needed. They will positively impact your life and open your heart and mind to the endless possibilities ahead.
While you should always act with discernment and integrity, you are entering a time where you are encouraged to say yes to new adventures and start doing things you have always wanted to do.
Breathe, take life in and nurture your body, soul and spirit. Permit yourself to step into the unknown.
Healing Practice
To integrate the guidance of this card, you may wish to perform one or both of the following healing practices.
Energy Healing
Si comfortably. Hold your hands in front of you, so your palms face upwards. Close your eyes. Breathe deeply and allow your shoulders, back and neck to relax.
Take another deep breath and visualize a blue ray of light streaming into the crown of your head and down your spine, bathing your whole nervous system in light. As you exhale, feel nervous tension, density and stress leave your body. Repeat this process eight to ten times.
Healing Meditation
You may like to play some soothing, meditative music during this healing.
Sit comfortably. Rest your hands on your knees or thighs. Extend the index and middle fingers of both hands. Press the ring fingers and little fingers to your thumbs to create a circle. Hold this gesture for the duration of the exercise.
Close your eyes and take slow, deep breaths for five to fifteen minutes. Relax your body. While meditating, visualize green light bathing your body, strengthening and revitalizing your spine and nervous system.
