Spiritual Warrior

Discover and Honor Your Inner Courage

An uncomfortable feeling has been keeping you company. You may worry that it will become a constant companion, one that is unsupportive or limiting. Your first impulse may be to argue with this feeling or push it away. Instead, be a spiritual warrior-face and embrace the discomfort without judgement. From this neutral place, the unpleasant feeling can communicate why it has arisen and what it wants. Your inner spiritual warrior is activated by courageous vulnerability. They are confident and have unwavering self-belief. They bring the mind and heart together where sacred truth can be accessed. The spiritual warrior will seek and act without any assurance. Whether a path leads to treasures or a dead end is not their concern. They undertake new activities, emotions and change without fear or resistance and speak up without blame or judgement. The spiritual warrior can move mountains, shift paradigms and address uncomfortable feelings before they become bigger issues. In doing so, they inspire others to discover their inner strength.

Shadow Mastery Class: Honor Your Truth By Facing and Embracing Fear

Meditation

Place your hand on the card. Gently close your eyes. Sense your body and concentrate on your breathing. Follow your breath inward. Hold for five seconds and relax. Breathe out and release all tension. Focus on the middle of your chest.

In front of you, a golden staircase descends into the earth. Relax as you walk down the ten healing steps to a magical, amethyst crystal cave. With each step, you feel an inner strength rising from your feet to the top of your head. Step into the amethyst cave and greet your shadow.

In front of you is a spinning galaxy. As you step into it, misty and magical light swirls around you, lifting you onto Bifröst, the fiery rainbow bridge of Norse legend. Notice a wolf sitting next to you. This is your animal totem, a companion for your journey, here to invoke your instincts, personal power and self-control.

Take a step onto the bridge. Even though it is made of fire and light, it is safe and firm. Walk slowly and mindfully, enjoying every step. You are a pioneer, moving into uncharted territory, forging a path into a new way of being. This bridge spans your fears and limitations. Begin to feel them slipping away as you cross the bridge.

You reach the other side and are greeted by your spiritual warrior. You embrace heartily. Allow your warrior to enter your heart and communicate their wisdom as you play with your wolf. Be who you are, for you have something unique and wonderful to share with the world. Stay here for as long as you like-at least thirty seconds.

On the way back over the bridge, feel yourself emitting newfound strength and freedom. Your fears are far below you now and do not concern you. Bask in and remember this inspirational feeling whenever you need to. Step off the bridge and through the spinning galaxy into the amethyst cave and say goodbye to your wolf.

Walk to the golden staircase. As you ascend, feel a quiet golden strength rising within you. Thank your shadow for guarding your spiritual warrior until you were ready to discover and step into their power. You have become more of you. At the top of the stairs, take two deep breaths and open your eyes to new confidence an unwavering self-belief.
