Fermentation is the chemical breakdown of a substance by bacteria, yeast, or other microorganisms. It is essential for making foods like wine, cheese, kombucha, beer, liquors, kimchi, and sauerkraut. This is when the substance turns into an entirely different chemical form over time-a spiritual metaphor for entering higher octaves of consciousness. You have moved past the dark night of the soul and released what no longer serves you. Now is the time to embody your sun and continue to develop it.
