It is said there would be no history without art. Your voice, your creativity, and your expression are recordings of your history and your values. By creating empowered and positive images, the outer world will change to reflect those values.

Archeologists now know women created most of the prehistoric cave paintings in France and Spain. However, they have found no trace of carbon, as evidence of torches, in even the deepest caverns. This leads me to believe these incredible artists had fully working third eyes that illuminated the dark. The skill demonstrated in a single line of one of the paintings is such that you could not say this was a primitive culture. The artists were evolved beings – such as Atlanteans or Lemurians – who found refuge in the caves, possibly after a deluge or other disaster. Try to express your story with only stars, stones, and natural materials. This is a creative exercise and will help you detach and detox from technology and activate more of your brain.
