The Cosmic Temple card is a call to awaken your kundalini energy, usually dormant in the sacrum (base of the spine). This sacred energy can allow us to experience blissful states of awareness and awakening. The Divine feminine is seated in the lotus position with the third eye fully awakened and represents the path of meditation that leads to the awakening of kundalini. Think of your kundalini energy as your inner teacher for your path of living, learning, healing, and dreaming toward your heart’s deepest yearnings and discovery of your true Self. This is your Cosmic Temple.

Heart Practice: Envision a sleeping serpent coiled at the base of your spine and gently speak to it, asking it to awaken. As the snake begins to move, you may hear words and be inspired to begin moving. This is an activating cosmic dance of awakening! When you feel ready, Come back to a space of stillness, and feel the energies moving from your sacrum, through your spine, and into your crown. Feel the third eye awaken and become illuminated by your own energy and healing. Note down any observations.
