Go into your heart space and relax your breathing from your belly to your chest, feeling the rise and fall of the body along with the breath.

Allow yourself to cultivate the feeling, image, sense or perception of something you would really like to create, become or be right now. Come from a place of joy and love, something that really makes your heart sing. Don’t worry if it seems too much or impossible! Don’t think, analyze or judge. Just feel with your heart and trust. Sit with your vision or feeling and then gaze at the pattern of the Flower of Life below, holding the vision, feeling or image in your heart as you gaze at the pattern, absorbing the image internally.
