Moonstone
Chakra: Sacral
Element: Water
For a grid: 6 points
Scent: Myrrh, Palo Santo, Lavender, and Eucalyptus
Moon Phase: Waning Moon
Moonstone’s energy balances the sacral chakra that oversees the water element of the body. When the water element of the body is flowing, the etheric body is more open and relaxed. All human beings have active and receptive sides to their nature, represented by fire (active) and water (receptive). This alchemical relationship between fire and water is the creative mixture that shapes our life.
In order to successfully create reality we must have a balanced relationship with both sides. Moonstone draws us towards the waters of our receptive, open nature. Here we learn the qualities of listening, trusting, eliminating, flowing with the unknown and being patient. These qualities will be more necessary for us as we learn to navigate the unknown.
Receptivity
The Moonstone Oversoul serves to balance the alchemical relationship between our inner masculine and feminine forces. The mandala itself vibrates with liquid light, it seems to oscillate and ripple in a fluid motion.
Six beings, the unified consciousness of the Oversoul, greet us in fine robes fashioned from peach, brown, and coral light. Their deep eyes seem to gaze deep into our being. The beings guide us into the mandala and we enter into the inner world of the Moonstone Oversoul.
Inside all is infused with liquid light and sweet sounds that to our ears sound like flowing water. We see the inner chamber of the Oversoul ahead. It is carved from a single Moonstone that flashes in iridescent colors of the rainbow. We are guided inside by the beings who reveal to us the most exquisite waterfall. We are encouraged by them to stand beneath the flowing water as they take positions and create a mandala of perfect symmetry around us.
The waters rush down on us, refreshing our being and flushing away any karmic residue. The beings start a chant that merges with the sounding water flow and floods our consciousness with light. We are asked to hold up our arms above our heads and become a living chalice. We are filled and emptied in a continuous flow.
