Hematite helps us ground ourselves by encouraging and maintaining boundaries. By working with this crystal a person’s energy radiance becomes strong and healthy. This can lead to the energy field deflecting any external influences that would otherwise deplete a person’s life force. Hematite helps one stay clear and vibrant by establishing a healthy relationship with the earth plane.

In some cultures and lifetimes there has been a tradition of neglecting the human body, in favor of becoming more spiritual. Hematite is a great crystal companion for people who feel that they have not been able to honor their body and experience a division between body and soul.

Strong and Healthy

The Hematite Oversoul is focused upon nurturing our body, building a vibrant and earthy mandala with tones of red, silver, copper, and rust. As we enter these energies and proceed towards the temple we see that it is a magnificent Hematite crystal. The light is transparent, reflecting the russet colors of the mineral.

Within the temple we are greeted by six beings of the Oversoul itself. They appear with beautiful copper-colored robes, and as we look onto these garments we receive images and pictures of our past. The beings invite us to stand in the center of the temple and feel our feet on the floor, while surrounding us, they create and become a mandala.

Once in alignment with each other the beings start to emanate a richly deep and warm sound. Their sound is unique amongst the Oversouls, reminiscent to the playing of metal gongs.

It is these sounds that penetrate our base chakra. We feel the absolute support of these beings and feel immensely vibrant. Our feet feel as though they are touching the naked eart6h and we welcome the energy and warmth of the earth.
