Let this hot wax stripping be a trial,

Free of all things that may be vile.

The heat unravels what is not real,

so that at last, I can see and feel.

The mystical journey is long and true,

The fire element brings transformation to your entire being! From the heat of fire comes metamorphosis, this elemental work is a great act and declaration of love for yourself. Building an intense heat throughout the body and life cleanse them of the old energies and leaves room for the new. You can work with the fire element in many ways, it is known for its destruction, but with the right focus and intention, it can be a way to unburden yourself from the unhelpful past. In a sense, this card is asking you to ‘burn it down’, build anew from the ashes. Tear the walls down of your old life and from the rubble re-purpose your life as you wish to see it. If you are looking for a sign to move on, this is it. Find a way through movement or ritual to create and stoke this inner fire. Let us make way for the new.

Take Action

Call in the element by building a great fire for yourself, tossing in objects you don’t wish to take with you in the future. Build a heat within the body. Analyze the things that are keeping you from moving forward. Let go of any objects and relationships that require a lot of energy to hold on to. Try new things.
