You are ready to access dolphin wisdom about breath and sound. It is time to breathe new life into your dreams and desires. When you breathe out, push air from the bottom of your lungs where fear becomes stuck. What sounds are your inner words carrying? Are they making way for, or hindering, the flow of your dreams. Improve your flow by introducing words representing your dreams to your internal dialogue and breathing out any obstacles.
Dolphins are beautiful creatures and mammals, just like you and me. It makes sense that we interpret their communications through the filter of human feelings and psychology. But this can lead to misunderstandings; dolphins aren’t huma. Open your heart and mind to a new, different way to communicate. Interspecies communication applies the idea that all life – including fauna, flora, minerals, elements, planets, stars, moons, galaxies, humans, and extraterrestrial beings – flow from the same source. The energy that flows through you also flows through all other life forms. We are all streams of consciousness with differing intentions for growth and experience.

Conscious Creator Masterclass: Intuitively Connecting with an Animal Friend
This masterclass introduces a way to communicate with animals and other species in a generous and courteous space, fostering more extraordinary co-creations.
Choose an animal that you would like to connect and communicatee with. Your animal friend doesn’t have to be in the same room as you; they are natural meditators and will easily connect with you wherever they are.
Visualization
Place the Interspecies Communication card at your feet. Gently close your eyes. In your mind, repeat your manifestation name or the word “connect” nine times. Sense your body and concentrate on your breathing. Follow your breath inward. Hold for five seconds. Breathe out and release all tension. Relax. Open your heart and mind to the following words:

In your mind’s eye, take yourself to a beautiful, natural place and find a spot to sit. Relax and align with your balanced center to reveal your unique energy, which converts into a golden, loving light. Animals predominantly sense you through the energy you emit.
Your animal friend is here. Invite them to sit or lie with you. Feel them settle and relax. Feel their unique, golden, loving light. Sense the words “this feels good” inside you. It feels like a natural conversation with yourself, but you know you didn’t say the words. This was your animal friend talking to you. You have tuned into their frequency and can now receive and intercept their energetic impulses.
Feel the energetic connection between the two of you. Allow your animal friend t shar intuitive wisdom. Let them remind you that all living creatures are much more than you think they are, including you. Sta in communication with your animal friend for at least one minute. Enjoy.
When you are ready to leave, say goodbye to your animal friend and watch as they disappear into the distance. A golden, misty light springs up and encircles you; it is he new relationship that the two of you created. Take this back into your world as you breathe golden, misty light into your body. Be fully present in your body by breathing deeply. Wiggle your toes and fingers. Then stretch your body and open your eyes.
Journal Work
When you have finished the visualization, write or draw any messages, colors, feelings, or impulses you received to ground and refine the communication. Then, write or draw about where in your body you felt any messages, colors, feelings, or impulses you received. It might be your heart, stomach, throat, or somewhere else. Your body is unlocking new ways to communicate for the fun of it.
Reflections and Actions
Because an animal doesn’t speak your language, we must learn to communicate differently. For instance, how would you ask where a toilet is if you were in a foreign country and didn’t speak the language? The next time you are around an animal, visualize introducing yourself with kindness and curiosity. Send it to the animal’s heart for about 30 seconds and see what happens.
When animals shake, they release overwhelming or t4raumatic events to return to a balanced way of being. If they ran around in a fearful state, they would be skittish and easy pickings for predators. The next time you feel overwhelmed or have an excess of negative energy, do what an animal does – shake it off. Try swinging your arms around, wiggle your hips vigorously, then flick your arms. Imagine you see any excess negative energy flying from your fingertips. Keep going for about 30 seconds. Then, write or draw in your journal how you felt and feel now.
