Message

Here is a loving invitation to deepen your inner connections and treat yourself as Earth’s most precious person. The roe you love and embrace yourself, the easier it is to love and embrace others. Every part of you wants to be loved and take part in the eternal cosmic love affair between the masculine and feminine, physical and non-physical, god and goddess, matter and spirit. When you bring these two sides of yourself together, you will birth new spiritual, emotional, and physical manifestations.

The Divine Masculine and Feminine describe a dance of archetypal polarities within each person, regardless of gender. Masculine energy is giving, logical, analytical, and external. Feminine energy is receptive, intuitive, creative, and internal. The Divine feminine draws on the moon’s wisdom, connecting to our inner world to delve into all that is mysterious ad undefined, forming the thoughts and seeds for the masculine to manifest. The Divine Masculine draws on the movement and knowledge of the sun, connecting to our outer world and allowing all things from our inner selves to be brought into the light to grow and manifest into the physical.

Look at the card’s image. Direct your attention to the feminine water of life being stirred under the couple. The geometric shapes and hearts are ideas being birthed. On your exhale, imagine an explosion of beautiful blue, purple, and red shapes. These are the beginnings of what you will manifest into reality. You have just felt a sacred union creating and making newness. Over the next few days, take note of new solutions and creative ideas dropping into your mind and an incredible physical creation that will bring you much joy.

Conscious Creator Masterclass: The Union of Your Inner Polarities

This masterclass introduces how to bring together the contrast within yourself, known as the divine masculine and feminine principles.

Visualization

Find a comfortable place to sit down. Put the Sacred Union card between your feet to activate and ground the energy of togetherness. Place your hands on your lap. In your mind, repeat your manifestation name or the word “unite” nine times. Gently close your eyes. Sense your body and concentrate on your breathing. Follow your breath inward. Hold for five seconds. Breathe out and release all tension. Relax and breathe naturally.

Raise your right hand in front of you with your palm facing upwards. Focus on your right hand bringing forth your representation of the masculine. Sense his energy swirling around your hand. Ask him how he feels and what he wants to share with you. Then, ask him what he needs to be whole and complete. Listen with an open heart. Then imagine a waterfall of liquid gold light washing over him until he feels balanced and loved. Place your right hand in your lap.

Raise your left hand in front of you with your palm facing upwards. Focus on your left hand bringing forth your representation of the feminine. Sense her swirling around your hand. Aske her how she feels and what she wants to share with you. Then, ask her what she needs to be whole and complete. Listen with an open heart. Then imagine a waterfall of liquid silver light washing over her until she feels balanced and loved. Place your left hand in your lap.

Now, bring both hands together over your heart and imagine both representations living together in your heart as equal partners. You will now attract people and circumstances that vibrate wholeness. You don’t need anything from each other. Instead, you will encourage each other to be everything you can be. This is freedom.

Creating a sacred union within you sends vibrations of unconditional love into the world and universe, bringing variations of unconditional love back to you. Take two deep breaths in and out. Wiggle your toes and fingers, stretch your body, and open your eyes.

Journal Work

After the visualization, write or draw how the masculine and feminine parts of you felt. Did they manifest as a person, animal, or symbol? Then, write or draw how it felt to have both aspects living in your heart. Did they merge to create something new?

Reflections and Actions

Whether you have a partner or are self-partnering, the following exercises can enhance sacred union.

*Have a massage/couples massage or learn to massage yourself.

*Try eye gazing by standing in front of a mirror and look yourself in the eyes for five minutes. Then record your experiences and feelings. With your partner, spend five minutes gazing into each other’s eyes, then discuss with each other what it felt like.

*Explore tantric techniques, which focus on connecting deeply through breath, touch, and energy exchange.

Research yoga. The word “yoga” means union and is an ancient system that offers wisdom, techniques, and practices to support physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. It’s more than just getting into postures. To learn more about the tradition, I suggest reading The Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda.
